A running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons a day without a single visible drop. Most toilet repair calls come down to a worn flapper, fill valve or flush valve, and those are quick fixes. A toilet that rocks or leaks at the base is more serious: it usually means a failed wax seal or a broken flange, and water may already be soaking the subfloor. For toilet installation, we set new toilets on a proper flange, level and secure them, and replace the supply line and shut-off so the whole connection is new.
