What We Handle

When it can't wait, we prioritize it.

An emergency plumbing call usually means water is going somewhere it shouldn't, right now. We treat those calls differently from a scheduled repair — you get moved to the front of the line, not left on hold. If the emergency turns out to be a water heater failure rather than a leak, we handle that too through our residential plumbing team, so you're not stuck figuring out which page to call. Either way, we'll be honest with you about how fast we can actually get there before you're left guessing.

Burst & Broken Pipes

Water shut off and the leak stopped fast, then a proper repair — not just a temporary patch.

Sewer Backups

A backed-up sewer line is a health hazard as much as an inconvenience — we prioritize these calls accordingly.

Gas Line Issues

Suspected gas leak? Get everyone out of the house and call us right away — this is one situation where minutes matter.

Water Leaks & Flooding

From a slab leak to an overflowing toilet, we stop the water first and diagnose the real cause second.

Being straight with you about timing

We're not a 24/7 dispatch service — our regular hours are Monday–Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 8am–5pm. Within those hours, emergency calls jump the line and we move fast. Outside those hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you as early as we can. We'd rather tell you that upfront than promise round-the-clock service we can't actually deliver.

Why AccuFlow

The details most plumbers skip.

Upfront pricing, always

Even on an emergency call, you get a firm number before we start — panic doesn't mean a blank check.

Local, not a franchise

We grew up around these streets, not a call center routing you to whoever's available.

Clean job site guarantee

Even mid-emergency, we treat your home like our own.

How It Works

What happens when you call.

1

Call us right away

Tell us what's happening — if water's actively flowing, we'll walk you through shutting off the main valve while help is on the way.

2

We prioritize the dispatch

Emergency calls jump ahead of scheduled work — you're not waiting behind a routine job.

3

Stop the damage, then fix it right

First priority is stopping things from getting worse. Then we diagnose and repair the actual cause.

No — we're honest about that. Our hours are Monday–Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 8am–5pm. Within those hours, emergency calls get priority dispatch. Outside those hours, leave a message and we'll respond as early as we can.
Shut off your home's main water valve first, then call us. Stopping the water source matters more than anything else in the first few minutes.
Get everyone out of the house immediately, don't operate any light switches or appliances, and call from outside. If you also smell gas outdoors or it's severe, contact your gas utility or 911 first, then call us for the repair.
You still get a flat-rate quote before any work starts, same as any other job — no panic pricing.
