We use water leak detection to pinpoint leaks behind walls and under slabs so we open as little as possible. Common failures in valley homes include pinhole leaks in older copper, corroded galvanized steel, failed PEX fittings and pipes damaged by roots or ground movement. For a single failure, a plumbing leak repair may be all you need. When a home has had several leaks, repiping the affected sections is often cheaper than chasing leak after leak.
